As far back as I can remember I have always wanted to work with animals. I graduated from Centralia College of Agriculture and Technology in 1990 as an Animal Health Technician and wrote the registration exam that same year. Since then, I have been an avid member of the East Oshawa Animal Hospital team.
Thankfully my husband and daughter share my passion for animal companionship and we presently have 3 dogs and 2 cats in our home. I can often be found in the lab as I am easily fascinated to view just about anything I can put under the microscope. Continuing Education is a necessary part of our professional development and I am eager to learn new techniques that we can implement into our ever-evolving practice.
Outside of work I thoroughly enjoy day trips to the beach where I can rejuvenate my soul.
